Remembering Bucky...

Yesterday marked one month since Bucky's passing and we continue to miss him every day. We know in our hearts that God had a purpose for Bucky and whatever that purpose was, he is much happier now. We hope you enjoy the collection of pictures we posted of him as much as we enjoyed taking all of the pictures and loving him every day we were blessed to have him in our lives.

  5. Faith, very nicely put...he lived his life to the fullest..the funny thing, as pet owners, we sometimes have to scold our pet, we never did with him, he just never did anything wrong, well...short of having to pull things from his mouth..LIKE sticks....he loved to eat sticks...

  6. KMB, you must know us..we do love our dogs so much...at first when we found out Bucky was ill, I told myself I couldn't become attached to him, for obvious reasons, but that immediately gave way to making sure we gave him the best quality of life we could because we didn't know how long we would be able to have him in our lives. I'm sure by most accounts, we spoiled him, but it was worth it! He never longed for toys to play with or sticks to chew! :-)

  7. SO sad.
We had a black lab named Shadow that we had to put to sleep a few years ago. It was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make but just couldn't see letting him suffer.
    He too is greatly missed.
